I had to do a little research on Drugs.Com to find out exactly what Hydroxytryptophan was and I wanted to share it with you.

5-hydroxytryptophan, also known as 5-HTP, is a dietary supplement made from the seeds of the African plant Griffonia simplicifolia.

5-hydroxytryptophan has been used in alternative medicine as an aid to relieve the symptoms of anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, insomnia, chronic headaches, premenstrual syndrome, binge-eating related to obesity, attention deficit disorder, and chronic headaches. 5-hydroxytryptophan has also been used in treating certain seizures and symptoms of Parkinson's disease.

Not all uses for 5-hydroxytryptophan have been approved by the FDA. 5-hydroxytryptophan should not be used in place of medication prescribed for you by your doctor. -Drugs.Com

These pills arrived very quickly. Right to my door. I just love Amazon.
The bottle contains 60 capsules.
First thing I noticed, that really bugs me is there is no child proof lid on these.
So, if you order these, please be sure to keep them in a safe place.
The suggested use is 1-2 capsules taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water or directed by a health professional.

I really want to give Chronos Pharma props on that statement above. I have tried various pills from Amazon and some of the bottles do not suggest anything about checking with a health professional. Good Job!
The bottle also has a caution on it for pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, or if you are already taking any prescription medication or anti depressants.
May cause drowsiness.
I suggest talking with your health professional when taking or trying anything new.

After taking my first pill before bed, I can now understand the caution warnings about drowsiness.
I am going to be honest here, I like to feel drowsy before bed, it helps me sleep better instead of my mind wandering off to far away places.
When I woke up in the morning, I was no longer drowsy and I could start my day as any other day.
I continued this routine for a few days, and my sleeping habits improved dramatically.
I felt fine throughout the day, I didn't feel depressed or angry, but I usually don't anyways.
I did notice that my eating habits decreased a little, 2 pieces of pizza instead of 3.
 I did not feel like I had to drink the whole soda. I didn't even have a dessert craving. Good Stuff!

I don't have fibromyalgia, so I can't speak on that, but I did not get any headaches that I can think of, and I didn't feel sore after sitting at the computer desk for so long. Happy Happy Joy Joy!

With all of this said, I think the biggest plus of these pills for me is helping to regulate my sleeping patterns and help me with suppressing my appetite.
I am going to continue taking these and I may have to buy another bottle if my appetite continues to improve.

They are really starting to shine

We had thought it would be fun to share with all the other kids and add some color to the night. My kids took turns passing out one glow stick bracelet and fastener to all their peers. It was really cute to see my 6 year old son passing these out, especially to girls his age.
The other kids and their parents seemed quite thrilled to receive these.
Once the sun set, you could see neon colors popping everywhere.
Most of the time the colors were very bright but I did notice a few colors starting to fade quickly. I also got a few complaints that the bracelets actually leaked a few times, you could see evidence of this on the grass and sidewalk, however the colors were beautiful.
It seemed as if the bracelets lasted only about 5 or 6 hours before completely dying out.
For the most part, it was a lot of fun and the kids really appreciated it.
If you check them out on Amazon, you will see they have a really good deal going for 100 of them.
Most of the time we buy these from our dollar stores and they are $1.00 Each.
These would be great for school carnivals, class parties or even to pass out to Trick or Treaters.
