Funkyflick - find new movies opportunity

Have you ever fallen completely in love with a certain movie, book, or actor and thought to yourself, "I wish I could find another movie like"?

Well, now you can! I just found this new website called FunkyFlicks. Basically you go on to Funkyflicks at www.funkyflick.com and you start off by easily creating an account. Then you can go into the home screen and decide what you want to search for. One of my favorite's is Goodfellas so I decided to search for movies that are similar to Goodfellas. After hitting search, I was so surprised that Funkyflicks quickly provided me with 36 movies that were similar to my search. I honestly thought that I had seen all the so called gangster movies similar to Goodfellas but I was wrong. Funkyflick showed me new movies, old movies that I had never heard of but they looked good.

You are also able to drag your cursor over the movie titles and you will get a brief synopsis of the movie. Click on the movie and you get even more options such as to share on Facebook, buy from Amazon or add it to your personal movie picks by choosing the Pick It button. 

There are other things to do on Funkyflicks too. You can invite friends to join you by email or Facebook and also connect by Facebook. For the real movie buffs such as myself, there are several different forums to choose from and converse with others, or find out more about Funkyflicks pick of the week.

It is pretty new and still in beta, but I played around with it for a while and I had no problems.
