Happy Friday & Mr. Beams Spotlight Review

WOO HOO!
HAPPY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17TH!!

Hey folks, TGIF! October is now officially half over. Wow, is time going by fast or what? I have been busy, busy, busy, but still I haven't seemed to complete anything 100%. This is a huge pet peeve for me, as I am somewhat OCD. The past few nights I have waken up in the middle of the night thinking about things that need done. I have promised myself I will do it this weekend but I remembered we have my brothers family coming to stay the weekend. It's going to be hectic.Sometimes I feel as if I need an extra 8 hours a day.

Anyone having any Halloween parties coming up? Have you got your costumes yet? Do you even know what you want to be? Have kids? What are they going as? My oldest (17) is going to be a princess. I think its great, compared to last year when she tried to go as a Victoria's Secret Angel.
My 12 year old is a horror freak like me. Don't worry, she can handle it. Every Halloween she tries to go above and beyond in the "scariness". This year we have decided to go with "Annabelle" . We tried a make up tutorial we saw on YouTube last weekend, she is going to look awesome! I have linked the video to my Google+ page.
My youngest hasn't completely decided on his costume. We are either going to go Angry Birds or Ninja. It will be decided on this weekend. The day after Halloween is also his birthday. He will be 7.
Don't judge me, but I haven't even got his party together. I'm thinking pizza party or McDonald's. Hopefully they still have some available spots for his actual birthday. No worries, it will be handled this weekend.

Anyone have any cool plans for this weekend? Want to bring me a Mojito? I could definitely use one!

Sooo, with all that being said, please tune in Saturday & Sunday.  I will be sharing a few Halloween safety tips for families as well as pets. along with a few Halloween items I been playing with.
Like board games? I will also be showing you a cool new game I was introduced to that can work your memory.

OK, I am off. Have a great weekend folks! Be sure to check in with me this weekend!

When Mr Beams arrived in his little paper bag colored box, I sighed. My first impression was the box reminded me of a box you would typically receive an auto part in. I thought boring, but then I opened it and was awed! I think he is so cute.
Mr Beams is great for any home of any size. He is easy to mount and comes with all necessary hardware.
He is smaller then I thought he was going to be, but he still can shine bright. He has a remote. I just love that part. The remote also comes with batteries. I love that, Please note that you will need to buy D batteries (3) for Mr beams. As a single mom, who wakes up to every little sound, Mr Beams can add a sense of security. When darkness falls, he activated his motion device. You can mount him outside your house, near windows, the front door, side of house or even your back yard.
I actually was thinking about getting some more of these. They can be used in kids rooms, just in case there may be monsters under the bed, with a remote control that in some way can give kids peace of mind.
Great for hallways, garages, storage sheds and walk in closets.
Mr Beams would also be a great travel partner when going camping.
Mr Beams would make a great gift for dads this Christmas as well.
He is my friend & I love him.
I am putting Mr Beams on my list of "Got To Have Its"
